Fire Retardant MDF

Fire Retardant OSB 

Our stocks of Fire Retardant OSB are sourced from SmartPly. The boards are treated with a Zeroignition® Solution, which is a water-based and eco-friendly fire retardant. This ensures that the structure of the board is not compromised and the product maintains a full CE Mark following treatment.

Fire Retardant Chipboard 

P2 Furniture Grade Chipboard treated with fire retardant phosphate salts to meet Euroclass B.

Chipboard panels designed specifically to prevent the surface spread of flames and prevent the ignition of flames. Spano Antivlam Chipboard maintains its mechanical strength and integrity after the event of a fire.

Resistant Building Boards are a new age medium density multi-purpose magnesium oxide board. A highly durable non-combustible board for use in applications requiring a combination of moisture and thermal resistance as well as superior performance in fire.

A multi-purpose building panel with excellent thermal and moisture performance. This board is used in applications which require the amalgamation of sound insulation, moisture resistance and fire retardant performance.


Magnesium-based, water resistant, tile backer board that does not swell, rot or degrade following contact with moisture. MultiPro Tile Backer provides a non-combustible substrate for internal wet areas such as kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms, shower cubicles and swimming pools.


Multi-Pro XS (Xtra- Strength) is a medium density magnesium oxide board developed by Resistant building products which is suitable for interior and exterior applications. Multi-Pro XS is a chemically stable product designed to withstand operating temperatures of 150 degrees and resist mould and fungal attack. This makes it perfect for applications such as external sheathing and internal wall linings.


A high strength, external render carrier board which offers an alternative to block and render, brick, masonry or cladding finishes. The product is particularly suitable for external facades for structures which utilise timber, steel or hybrid framed structures. Using Multi-Rend proves to be a lightweight, thermally efficient alternative to most render carrier boards.

 

Fire Retardant Birch Plywood - Constructional

Treated Birch Plywood meeting the requirements of Euro Class B. Suitable for structural applications.

Individual birch veneers are soaked in PW-640 (a fire retardant liquid solution) prior to gluing and pressing. This means that augmented fire retardant performance can be achieved as part of the product’s production process and applies to the entirety of the finished panel.
